Tips and strategy for Hardhat on survival mode in spec ops, on Call Of Duty Modern warfare 3 , how to get far MW3

In this guide you will learn the tips and strategy to get you to high levels in survival mode on Hardhat in call of duty modern warfare 3.

The link below is a general strategy guide that i suggest reading that will teach you the technique to be applied to any survival mode map, and will go in depth about all the weapons and things you should use.

First off take a look at the picture i have attached and let me describe everything in it, because i will reference this a lot more throughout the guide.

The blue arrows with lines will show the routes of all of the players, also when juggernauts come in the will tend to follow these routes and land in those about areas.

The red X's are where you + your partner will stand. If by yourself stand closer to the tunnel and watch both ways, but each person should watch each way when playing with 2.

The two Orange X's represent the turrets you will place. I suggest 1 explosive turret and 1 machine gun turret. This will allow the enemies to come into the tunnel and get taken out fast and easy. You should have absolutely no worries from behind you with those turrets there, and only have to watch the other two directions.

So basically i wrote above the beginning strategy. As you will also note there is the kill streak box right where you will be camping. Some find using constant predator missiles is a good strategy but i find just using 2 Light Machine guns does the trick fine.

You should also make sure that you both have a riot shield squad. They will have you + and you partners back, and will make the amount of work you have to do at lower rounds miniscule, and even at higher rounds takes a lot of stress of your life.

When juggernauts come in you will most likely have to move around. It is hard to camp anywhere on this map and defend against 3 juggernauts without moving, so if you are forced to move, just remember that you can re-set everything up at the end of the round. If you are able to take the juggernaut out easy this is the best way, for the one who comes through the tunnel, hit him with a flash bang, and let the turrets take him out. Then the other two, just gang up on them with your riot shield team, and you will take him out effectively and quickly.

This strategy is fairly simple, and basic, but will allow you to survive for long rounds, and have a good edge on the opponents. Also note that you should shoot the helicopters down first, before anything else. They are fast to kill with an LMG and tend to come at the beginnings of rounds. If on the move, still try to take out the helicopter first.

Also, Always keep self revives.. I cannot stress this enough, you will go down occasionally and you do not want to lose accidentally simply because you did not have a self revive.
