Intro

This guide/hub will teach you the tips and strategies that you can and should use to get to high levels on the map Lockdown for survival mode on Call Of Duty Modern Warfare 3.

PLEASE NOTE ::: Below is a guide for general strategies for all survival maps that i suggest you read prior to the rest of this hub. I will reference and not going into great detail on the things you should use. But if you read the guide i give full reasons of why you should use each item.

The picture below

So first let me go over the map at the bottom of the screen and tell you what each thing means.

The blue lines are the paths of the enemies that will come at you, if you follow this strategy. If you follow the strategy i will go over, you will only have to worry about enemies where the blue lines are.

They orange X's ... The orange X's represent where you will put the turrets. Putting the turrets here will not hurt you or your teammate, and will put a lot of pressure on the enemy.

The red X's are the players. These are the areas where you will stand and i will go over below EXACTLY where everything should be placed, and where you and your teammate should stand.

The Actual Strategy

Ok so first off lets talk about the placement of the players. One player should be right behind the sand sacks that are right beside the ammo crate. This player will stay crouched virtually the whole game. Also they should have 2 light machine guns. Keep in mind if you are level 50, you should get 2 light machine guns, but before you buy the second one you should go ahead and buy Slight of hand because this will prove in the long run to help you a lot more than the second light machine gun.

The second player should stand back about 5 or 6 feet behind the green army boxes. You should hide behind those and watch the routes to the left and right where a few enemy troops will come from. You and your partner can take turns at each position because the large amount of troops will come from the straight ahead center of the map.

Now as far as the turret placement goes..

Also below are guides to the other survival maps that i have written.

One turret should watch the tunnel area. This will alleviate a lot of the enemy troops that come from that way which will usually be no more than 6 guys per round.. Later rounds maybe 9 at the MOST.. But this turret will alleviate most of that side eliminating a lot of the stress of you and your teammate having to worry about someone coming from behind you.

The second turret which will be a lot more important is exactly where you place this second turret. You should place the turret between the ammo box, and the sand bags. Wedge it in between and you will not have to worry about replacing it, because it will be protected from all sides, and anything in front you will obviously be shooting.

On rounds when the juggernauts come in you should be ready to move. When needed just run circles around the map. and at the end of the round just make your way back to the initial spot. This will make life easy for you. Also remember to keep that self revive at all times. You can riot squads, but in all honesty they really are not needed if you follow this strategy the right way.

As i said above i suggest reading my guide that can be applies to all maps because that will teach you effective ways to kill the juggernaut, and how to actively take out anyone and anything that needs to be taken out.

this is a tough map and I think this'll work well.

i stayed at the bottom right corner near the stairs that you used for your solo survival, and i got to wave 22 using only 50 bullets of LMG with P90

If you were playing by yourself that should work fine, if playing with a team that can get fairly difficult.

this level is one of the easiest in survial mode because if it's not jugger/chopper wave there is no way you will die.

all you need is to devise a strategy that you dont die against jugger/chopper.

(from lvl 1)first thing first, your shooting and aiming skills must be up to the mark. and equally important is how you run.

how you take cover. these things cant be taught in a guide so you will have to try to do better and better.and its better to come up with your own strategy for the most difficult situation.

(from lvl 2)for a simple level all you have to do is go to the room which has only one entrance. its there at corner with two stairs leading up to it. i dont die there ever(may be once in ten times if you break your concentration) and that too without any help from any turret or riot shied.

(from lvl 2)the second thing is you can jump through the window and be back after buying anything you want.

(from lvl 6/11)the third thing is if you get stuck in the room and 3-4 juggers are to come plundering, just jump out the window straight to the tunnel.

actually this is a very nice strategy. just lure the juggers there and jump out and run. the troops will come after you sooner and then you will have only the juggers and heli. once in the tunnel you can easily plant c4s(place only 3-5 at one time). you can place a turret or two there too.

(mainly from 22)fourth, beware of armored juggers, they run like hell, take all the 10 c4s and still not die.

fifth, now there is no way that you can completely avoid the heli after wave 19. so i suggest that you take extreme conditioning rather than slight of hand. c4s are extremely easy way to do maximum damage to more no of juggers at once provided heli dont disturb you.

(from 22+) by now you have infinite money because you are earning more than what you can spend.

(after 28) for every jugger lvl --

buy full set of c4s

flashbangs and frags

extreme conditioning(all three before hand)

full amo and a shotgun(striker preferably)

important--delta squad brought just at the corner and taken inside

most important-- DONT PANIC and LOOK OUT FOR PLANTED C4s

a good way to take out jugger-- throw a flashbang and go near and carefully but quickly empty your striker. dont forget to turn back just after throwing it because then it would be a waste.

best way to run when cornered by juggers--

throw flashbang and run

or throw flashbang again and run

and recover before you jump out the window

its better to have armor than not worth losing your positionings in a jugger lvl.

Future reference please don't put your email in the comment, but I won't erase it because of the effort in typing all that. Well. Its not bad, and I agree with the juggernaut strategy of flashing and running, but better than that is flashing and shooting. You can take them out pretty quick.
